Please, please, please, those that have paid their 2020/21 membership, and have not completed one of these new online membership forms, could you please do so as soon as possible.  It will save us sooo much work!

Please complete this new form, even if you have completed the old paper form and/or received an old plastic membership card.

Please remember, it is one form per member, therefore if you have a family membership you should complete a form for each family member.  You should complete one form for a primary family member ($110), then the remaining forms for other family members ($10).  Please do not choose two payment options on the same form.

If you have previously paid your 2020/21 membership, please choose the already paid membership option.
